  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During product launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered.
  • Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard UK shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Merlin Vault is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged parcel and products.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
